In Spring 2022, Thames Valley Police embarked on a transformative journey to enhance operational effectiveness while navigating resource constraints. Following a rigorous Force Review and subsequent Restructure Programme in Spring 2023, the force engaged Leapwise to get independent assurance that this vital Programme was set up for success.
Key Highlights:
✅ External Evaluation: Leapwise conducted a comprehensive three-week assessment, validating progress against critical success factors and offering invaluable recommendations.
✅ Enhanced Alignment: Senior leaders debated and then rallied around pivotal public, personnel, and financial priorities for the Programme
✅ Confidence Boost: Significant strides in financial and performance benefits tracking, which increased confidence objectives will be delivered
✅ Clear Messaging: Introduction of a refined Program Vision, Scope, and Objectives underscored TVP’s strong commitment to clarity and purpose.
✅ Sustainable Path: A robust strategy for future endeavours mitigated risks, ensuring a sustainable trajectory forward.
