As food travel experts, creating and operating brilliant bars and restaurants in travel locations is a big part of what we do. Today, we’re highlighting one of our fantastic bars at London Gatwick Airport in the UK, BrewDog, which won Airport Bar or Pub of the year, Europe, at The Airport F&B + Hospitality Conference & Awards (FAB). At the end of last year, we partnered with BrewDog to open its new bar at London Gatwick’s North Terminal. Our understanding of the travelling customer, alongside the craftsmanship and brand presence of BrewDog, has proved to be a winning formula at this important international airport. This was our first UK collaboration with BrewDog and has since provided the blueprint for subsequent pubs and bars at other leading UK airports and train stations.
