According to the report, CATL has announced its performance forecast for 2023, with an expected 𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟮.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟱.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 CNY, a year-on-year increase of 𝟯𝟴.𝟯𝟭% 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟴.𝟬𝟳%; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is estimated to be 𝟯𝟴.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟭.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 CNY, a year-on-year increase of 𝟯𝟲.𝟰𝟲% 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟳.𝟬𝟵%. CATL attributes the performance growth to the rapid development of the domestic and international new energy industry in 2023, with continued growth in the power battery and energy storage industry. The trend of transitioning to clean energy under the "dual carbon" goal is clear. As a global leader in new energy innovation and technology, CATL continuously introduces industry-leading product solutions and services by increasing research and development investment and innovation efforts. Market data shows that from January to December 2023, China's cumulative installed capacity of power batteries reached 387.7GWh, a cumulative year-on-year growth of 31.6%. Among them, 𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗟 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟲𝟳.𝟭𝗚𝗪𝗵, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟯.𝟭𝟭%, 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗬𝗗 𝗯𝘆 𝟭𝟱.𝟵%. According to data from another institution SNE Research, the global installed capacity of power batteries for electric vehicles registered from January to November 2023 was approximately 624.4GWh, a 41.8% increase from the same period in 2022.
