As part of Tencent Singapore Giving efforts, we partnered with local non-profit organisation Food from the Heart to pack and distribute goodie bags to sponsored schools, welfare homes, and beneficiary communities. Building on our participation in last year’s Peace of Art SG's Sustainable Christmas Market, we’re proud to continue supporting the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme — which empowers local youth with education, enrichment, and mentorship to pave the way for future generations. We remain dedicated to positively impacting our communities, one initiative at a time. #Tencent #TencentSoutheastAsia #TencentSingapore #Tencent #TechforGood #CSR #community

Through a short stint, here’s how you can help our partner educate 1000+ girls in the Sundarbans. Swapnopuron Welfare Society is an NGO working to uplift lives in the remote islands of Sundarbans. With 5+ schools already educating over 850 children, they are on a mission to open 50+ centers in the next 2 years. They’re launching a reward-based campaign that will help them get donors to sponsor the education of a girl child for a Rakhi in return. They need the help of pro bono consultants like you in bringing potential donors to their 2-3 day event. If you have expertise in any of the following skills, we need you: Campaign Strategy: If you’ve run campaigns in the past and have 3+ years of experience in doing so. Or Partnership Building: If you’ve got a proven record of pitching & building partnerships, we need your expertise to help them convert. So, if you fit the bill, fill out the form in the comments and we’ll give you more context. And even if you are not quite the match, help us reach out to the right people by just reposting or reacting. #WeDoGood #NGOs #NonProfits #Volunteer #ProBono #Consulting #Strategy #Campaign #Marketing #Partnership #Remote #Donors #Donations #Sponsorship #Education #Empowerment #Women #Children #GirlChild #Community Anjali A Eshanya Sethi Moumita Sen Namrata Kishan Shubham Prakash

The charity sector is poised for significant change alongside the new Labour government - but how so? We can anticipate a renewed focus on social welfare, community support, and tackling inequality, which may bring increased funding opportunities for charities working in these areas. However, with potential shifts in policy, charities will need to ensure these align with new priorities while advocating for the causes that matter most to their communities. It's certainly an exciting time, but also one that requires strategic adaptation from the sector to make the most of the evolving landscape. Thoughts?👇
