This Women’s History Month, we are celebrating alongside our LGBTQ+ community with pride, joy, and so much love 🧡 May this Women’s History Month be an opportunity for us all to pay tribute to the strength, resilience and diversity of ALL women across every spectrum, orientation and background. May it also be a reminder that the fight for women’s rights and gender equality is far from over. While we have seen unprecedented progress made toward Title IX and the right to vote, many across the world — including trans women — continue to face a system of oppression deeply rooted in hatred, misogyny, and transphobia. As the fight for gender justice enters a new chapter, one with a commitment to intersectionality and inclusivity, let’s show up together to speak out on inequality and celebrate the incredible impact that so many women changemakers, glass-ceiling breakers, and boundary pushers have had on LGBTQ+ history and community.

Happy women's history month! 🎉 As we celebrate the incredible achievements and contributions of women throughout history, it's important to remember that the fight for gender equality includes all women, including trans women. Advocating for and being an ally to trans women in the workplace is crucial. We must work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all women to succeed and thrive. It's important to uplift and support the voices of trans women, and to actively work towards eliminating discrimination and prejudice they may face. Let's take a moment to recognize trailblazers like Marsha P. Johnson, a transgender woman who was a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and a pivotal figure in the Stonewall Riots. Her courage and tenacity continue to inspire us to this day. Recruiters, here are a few ways you can be allies for trans women in the workplace: actively seek out and hire trans talent, help create policies that support gender identity and expression, and provide education and training for all employees on transgender inclusion. Trans women are women, and it's important to celebrate and lift up their voices during women's history month and every day.
