I’ve been there too - many, many times. The problem is, if you let them, these thoughts will control you. So what can you do? Start mastering your thoughts. 👉🏻 Every time “I’m not good enough” pops into your head, notice it, and replace it with “I am perfect exactly as I am” 👉🏻 When “they’re so much better than me” comes in, say to yourself “I am unique and have so much to offer” You can choose your thoughts, so be conscious and choose ones that serve you rather than hold you back. Do you ask your clients for reviews? You can be the best therapist ever, but people need to see it for themselves, amiguita! Don't be afraid to ask your clients to leave a review, so that others can know how wonderful you are. With more and more therapists choosing to have a private practice, you need to make sure yours stands out from the crowd! I challenge you to reach out to clients who have already shared their feedback with you for reviews. They can do it anonymously and you can share on your website.
