My solution: Set a standard the team can replicate For example: - Plate your dish - Take a picture of your plated dish - Make the dish the standard - Hold your team accountable to the picture (aka standard) The picture becomes the benchmark. It's not personal, it's not complicated. Your team either meets the standard or they don’t and now you can hold them accountable.
