Umoja Clean Water Foundation, based in #Uganda, is a small #NGO focused on providing water to communities in need. What started as a small project, in 2021, has led to a larger movement due to increased demand. Thus far, we have built 18 wells, which have provided water to over 3500 villagers in the Eastern Ugandan region. We always seek different ways to support the community through food, clothing, and accessible water. For more information about what we do, click the link in our bio. #donatetoday or share with your #network to help support our mission ✨ #nonprofit #waterscarcity #cleanwater #waterconservation #climatechange

Could your organisation help to spread the message? Can you make some noise about consuming less and reusing more? Head over to the #BuyNothingNewMonth campaign website to find out how to get involved and to download the resources: https://lnkd.in/ekyUTuid At Freegle, we know a thing or two about reuse! Not only does the I-mop deliver excellent results, it also helps change the lives of many people in developing countries by partnering with Made Blue foundation and providing drinkable water to many who need it. By purchasing an I-mop you contribute to this initiative
How our cleaners deliver high standards, save water and change lives using i-mops 💧 At Nviro, we’re always looking for innovative cleaning solutions that help our cleaners deliver high standards to our clients sites while making a difference to the environment and communities. Did you know that 703 million people (almost one in 10) don’t have clean water close to home? We’ve teamed up with i-team Global and Made Blue Foundation, using i-mops across our sites to reduce the amount of water we use while donating clean water to developing countries. Compared to a traditional mop and bucket, which uses 40 litres a day, an i-mop uses just 18 litres. For every litre we use, the same amount is donated to build water wells in third world countries. Using i-mops in 2023 helped Nviro: ✅ Reduce water consumption by 529,980 litres ✅ Donate 433,620 litres of water to developing countries Find out more about Nviro’s environmental initiatives and how we make a difference to our clients and their communities 👇 https://lnkd.in/ejbVtV4q #cleaningservices #cleaning #facilitiesmanagement #facilities #ESG #sustainable #communities #nviro
