We have been working together on the communication of the KION Management Trainee Program for more than a year now. And, in my opinion, with great success. Was shadowing on the new offer today. Was being trained by the top performer of the company🚀 after hitting some dials I learnt about the importance and effectiveness of asking open ended clients. sometimes we wish clients were talkative and willing to spill out their whole life story. That won't always be the case. Some prospects can be quite non responsive. Asking Open ended questions can make interactions with these clients more conversational and more transactional. Being Genuinely curious and willing to help. That's just something small but powerful I learnt to implement today. let's go🚀
