With just under 2,000 days remaining to achieve the 2030 climate goals set by the World Green Building Council, our industry’s next steps in #BuildingtheTransition will be crucial in shaping the future. At the recent World Green Building Council Leadership Summit held at Sidara’s London Headquarters, 150 Holborn, 52 Green Building Councils and numerous built environment leaders from around the world convened to share ideas and create tangible impacts from the WGBC's strategy, which will bring us a step closer to the goals we're set to reach over the next six years.    37% of the world's emissions come from the built environment. Removing, or even significantly reducing this, will be no small feat to accomplish. As a host venue for the summit and active member, we recognize that our greatest opportunity to have a positive impact on the planet and in our communities is through the projects we touch. From large-scale solar farms in West Africa that dramatically reduce emissions to improving biodiversity at the first-ever on-site apiary at one of America's busiest airports, we are committed to delivering solutions that reduce emissions, protect biodiversity, and safeguard the place we all call home.
