Neglecting Staff Training: Regularly meet and invest in your team’s professional development to ensure high standards and motivation, create your education curriculum and teach them everything you know. 3. Not Tracking KPIs: Every peak and drop in your key performance indicators matter, from daily visits to lead vs conversion rate, from daily booking trend to top 10 spenders, the list goes on. They provide crucial insights for growth. 4. Not Communicating Personally: Engage personally with at least 80% of your members. Get to know their names, listen to their story. Personal connections enhance loyalty and satisfaction. 5. Not Doing Community Events: Host challenges and activities to foster a strong community and member engagement, your staff will love it, your members will speak about it, ice will be broken between staff and members, and other KPIs will get the boost from it.
