🏆 We got this! For the 4th time in a row, we have been awarded the prestigious Top Employer certificate! This award means the world to us and confirms our ongoing commitment to our employees who trusted us and chose us as their place to grow. It’s our common success, so thanku you all! 🦁🧡 The international Top Employers Institute recognised our high standards in HR, covering 20 key topics such as HR strategy, leadership, talent acquisition, personal development, well-being, as well as Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. “Before we enter the process of verification of our HR practices by the Institute, we must get the green light from our employees. They are the first instance. That's why ongoing feedback from them is so important. I feel proud of the Top Employer certificate, while being aware that human resources management is a continuous process that requires openness to changes and continuous work on the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented practices” - sums up Ania Daszczyńska, our HR Director. 🤝 Well, it's time to celebrate! 🥳 #TopEmployer #HRExcellence #development #award

There’s a nuance between balancing emotions and conveying empathy as an HR professional. As the go-to for solutions, you are actively engaging with the challenges that employees face both professionally and personally, and if you are like me, you want to offer support in any way that you can. While this aspect is one of the most rewarding parts of the job of a People Leader, it is also one of the biggest things I fear I might screw up.

Global Director | HR Leader | Cranfield Women to Watch List 2022 | Author: The Trusted Black Girl series + Cracked Cocoon series | Speaker | Leadership Coach
Raj Ramanandi and Rosie Turner have created something very unique and it’s such a pleasure to have seen them build this movement. InChorus is a tool that helps focus organisational efforts towards where the issues really are not where they perceive them to be! Healthy organisational cultures have three distinct things in common: 1. People understand the behavioural expectations and are actively role modelling those behaviours regardless of seniority 2. Speaking up when actions or words don’t align with the expectations is encouraged, empowered and rewarded 3. Consequences are swift and the organisation accepts that its culture is only as good as the worst behaviour it accepts These things create healthy cultures and HR teams hold all the power if only they understood how to wield it #hr #leadership #organisationalculture #culturechange #changemanagement
