You have worst service ever i have seen… zomato is worst and they dont have good people working for them i think they dont have good support team… they first consider rain and show the timing 40 min and than they delivery after 1.30 mins and then they keep changing support person and know one supports zomato should change the team name to we dont care team
Zomato has been degrading its customer service every single day. I had placed an order for a coffee from Pret cafe. There was no sugar in it at all. When tried to reach the restaurant they never answered the call. When I was in touch with the Zomato’s customer support they simply deny for help. 2 order in past 1 week & both the time customer service has been pathetic. Order number : 5947071586

1wPathetic companies both of them one is looting for poisonous food with fool rating and one is fool you with expired products and most pathetic is there customer service when you order value of 1000 have been runied because of you and you saying 50 bucks refund can be possible and not even the call is possible from there side or any number, a lot of time they get away coz that is not our fault that’s restaurant fault but when you rider being rude or just doing there business while delivering, these apps were made and introduced and marketed for saving our time and being helpful but instead it’s being the pain and headache of fighting for your hard money back the quality was as such or the product was expired
