We need to work together to address inequities for persons with disabilities in the world of work. Our project to combat labor exploitation and overcome barriers to decent work in Cambodia for persons with disabilities is designed to help: https://lnkd.in/dK9HaqJq
Higher unemployment rates, lower earnings and a tendency towards self-employment characterize the world-of-work experience of many people with disabilities. These disparities highlight the need for urgent changes to promote equality in the workplace and ensure fair opportunities for all.
