    Last Friday, we hosted the XIV edition of the Digital Advisory Council in Milan – a pivotal event that brought together leading e-commerce professionals from the FMCG and T&D sectors. It was an exciting opportunity to explore the latest trends shaping the industry and discuss the future of e-commerce. Here are some key takeaways from the event: 🚀 What once felt distant is now right here. Platforms like TikTok, and the growing presence of Shein and Temu, are no longer confined to other markets—they're actively reshaping our own. 🌍 E-commerce is not a one-size-fits-all model.     We had the privilege of hosting e-commerce leaders at our inaugural Digital Advisory Council event in India! A special thanks to Vidya Kailasam, Head of Omni Channel Ecosystem from Mondelez India and Sujoy Das our Executive Director-Strategic Sales, India for their insightful fireside chat on seizing the omni future of retail. Our E-commerce Lead for Asia Pacific, Josh Morgan, provided a comprehensive overview of global and regional e-commerce trends, followed by a deep dive on state of e-commerce in India led by Kanaka Bhagwat, our India E-commerce Head, and Sayali Devalekar, Director of Customer Success for India at NIQ.
