We are a family of 36 driven professionals in the Oil & Gas industry based out of greater Houston. In addition to our daily jobs, we get together and organize various events for the professionals in the oil & gas industry throughout the year. Our mission is to develop the leadership potential of early career oil and gas professionals in preparation to challenge and lead the industry. Our aim is to establish a resource base of qualified and dedicated leaders from which the SPE can draw upon to strengthen the organization and industry.
