Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ Nature Day event takes place from April 23 until May 4.

The event tasks players with a fresh batch of themed Nook Miles+ tasks. You’ll get one nature-themed task every day, and this special task will get the 5X multiplier every day. You’ll be able to rake in the Nook Miles every day from just doing nature-based activities.

Based on our tests, these are the tasks we’ve seen pop up, but there may be more.

After completing one of the Nature Day Nook Miles+ tasks, talk to Tom Nook in Resident Services. He’ll give you a DIY recipe to make your very own hedges. These work like fences, rather than shrubs.

Nature Day also introduced Leif, the traveling flower merchant, to New Horizons, though it’s likely that he’ll be sticking around and appearing randomly on your island even after the event ends. After all, he’s selling other seasonal shrubs, so we’re unsure why he’d pick such a short period of time to sell his wares that are used year-round.
