She brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in psychiatric medication management in both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Rebecca Katz is a Board Certified Psychiatrist. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Katz received a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and was a High School Science and Math Teacher as well as an Athletic coach in Pennsylvania for 6 years. She went on to receive a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences with a focus in stroke research from Rutgers’s University before changing careers to study medicine.

Katherine Kelto is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Colorado State University. She has experience treating clients with medication management in all age groups with mental health disorders. She has extended training focused on applied genetics as a treatment tool. By utilizing the most recent research and most importantly listening, she persistently seeks to help clients realize their fullest potential.

Meet Chelsea, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who brings a compassionate, patient-focused approach to mental healthcare and wellness. Born and raised in the Midwest, Chelsea relocated to Denver with her husband and two children to pursue her passion for helping those struggling with their mental health. With experience across settings - from hospitals to private practice - Chelsea leverages her background in nursing and expertise in a variety of mental health conditions to provide medication management and brief supportive therapy to adolescents and adults.

I offer psychiatric medication evaluations and treatment and am currently open to new patients. I received my PA Master’s degree at the University of Colorado Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant (CHA/PA) Program in 2020 and have remained in Denver since. I completed my B.S. in Human Biology and B.A. in Art History & Criticism at the University of California, San Diego. Before moving to Colorado, I spent two years as an EMT, followed by two years as a TMS technician. Working in the field of TMS, I naturally gravitated towards psychiatry and have continued to enhance my skills in the field since.

I feel that medications can provide relief for biological psychiatric conditions, but most of the long term relief comes from working through and reworking unhealthy behavioral patterns. Treating Psychiatric conditions is an art that requires balancing the medical treatments with looking at unconscious maladaptive behaviors. Once patterns are identified, the work we do will lead to change. I take the approach of meeting clients where they are at and working together in a relational model to reprocess and work through trauma.

Dr. Satveet Khela is a board certified physician specializing in adult psychiatry. She has been practicing since 2021. n addition to focusing on medication management, Dr Khela's practice also prioritizes a whole person approach, incorporating aspects of nutrition, lifestyle, mindfulness, and supportive or brief cognitive behavioral therapy into the treatment plan. Occasionally, Dr. Khela may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you see a separate therapist to provide the best outcome. Dr. Khela received her undergraduate degree from University of California Berkeley and her medical degree from A.T. Still.

I decided to pursue medicine and specialize in psychiatry because I love talking to people about their life experiences. I treat adults experiencing the full spectrum of mental illness, and I also enjoy working with reproductive-age women who are navigating trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.

Dr. Michael Kim, DO, is an accomplished attending psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care. He earned his medical degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at HCA's The Medical Center of Aurora North. With a diverse clinical background, Dr. Kim has honed his expertise across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, PHP/IOP, and specialized areas such as geriatrics, eating disorders, addiction, and child and adolescent psychiatry.

Dr. Kioko is a mental health provider with 9 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and 22 years as a bedside Registered Nurse in different clinical settings including psychiatric units, medical-surgical, Neuro, oncology, Cardiac, and orthopedic units. This diverse experience has given me the tools and expertise to provide mental health care to patients in a holistic manner. My care focuses on diversity and inclusion to improve the health and promote thewellbeing of the individual, family, and community as a whole.
