Hello! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of Nursing experience beginning as a CNA, then as a bedside Registered Nurse for over 12 years, many of which were spent in the critical care unit where I worked during the Covid pandemic. My experience during that time cemented my need to care for patients in order to prevent them from finding themselves in that setting. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, and spending time with loved ones when not traveling and learning about other cultures.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am licensed and trained to assess and diagnose mental health conditions, provide supportive therapy, and write medication prescriptions where appropriate. Additionally, I have a broad range of experience working with clients across the lifespan and with many different presenting concerns including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD and ADHD. I also have a special interest in providing care to LGBTQIA+ individuals and aim to provide nonjudgmental care to people from all walks of life.

Alex is a psychiatrist who completed his medical degree at Florida State University and his training at University Hospitals Adult Psychiatry Residency. Throughout his schooling and training he has seen the inadequacy of the current health system and has sought to gain additional knowledge in holistic approaches that address more of the whole individual instead of focusing on parts. He completed a one year program in Psychedelic Therapy and Research through the California Institute of Integral Studies.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I obtained my BSN in 2011 and worked as a nurse in areas of emergency psychiatry, emergency medicine, MAT for addiction, and dialysis. I obtained my MSN and psych board certification in 2018. The first 3 years working as a PMHNP-BC, I worked with cancer patients and their loved ones. I enjoy collaborating with other members of the mental health care team and medical providers as needed to ensure good quality and continuity of care. Since January 2022, I've worked in private practice in Colorado.

I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been in practice since 2011. I work with children, adolescents and adults and offer medication management services as well as therapy. My focus is working with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other behavioral conditions. I am also uniquely specialized to treat women during pregnancy, postpartum and pre-menopausal stages. I have 2 in-person office locations in the Denver area and also conduct visits via telemedicine.

Dr Megan Marumoto is an integrative psychiatrist board-certified in General Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine with over 20 years of experience. She is also a certified practitioner in Functional Medicine. Dr Marumoto received her medical degree from the John A Burns School of Medicine and completed her Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Hawaii. Wishing to provide comprehensive care beyond medication management and therapy, Dr Marumoto completed a second fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.

Jennie’s philosophy is patient centered and her approach: 1- Promotes positive and effective psychiatric mental health care 2- Access to services, support, and mental health care 3- Encourages the removal of stigma related to mental health care for everyone she encounters Jennie works as a partner with all patients or caregivers to manage the mental health concerns. She will work with each individual to create a treatment plan which will address the symptoms while minimizing possible adverse events with options. All options in your treatment plan will be discussed to make informed decisions about your own care.

Dr. Jessica Matthews is a staff physician who is board certified in general psychiatry. Dr. Matthew's practice focuses primarily on medication management. She typically offers this in addition to applicable supportive and cognitive behavioral focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, Dr. Matthews may believe that additional therapy is needed and asks that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, in San Antonio, TX, before moving to Honolulu, HI to complete her residency.
