Integrated Health & Wellness Services (IHAWS) focuses on providing services to individuals and families struggling with mental illness including substance use. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults. We have providers with experience in a wide variety of mental health conditions and utilize different counseling methods to meet each individual need. Our goal at IHAWS is to provide the highest standard of individualized care to each of our patients.

Kristin obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from West Chester University. After working as a community psychiatric nurse, she went back to school to obtain a Master's Degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing as a PMHNP since 2014. She focuses on connecting with her patients so that they feel comfortable with opening up and being honest, in hopes of creating a mutually agreeable treatment plan between prescriber and patient.

Heather Frye is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the assessment and treatment of adults with mental health and addiction conditions. Ms. Frye is returning to The Mind & Body Consortium after spending 6 years as the Clinical Director at a residential treatment program, working with substance use disorder and co-occurring patients. She has previously served at Drexel University, her alma mater, as the Track Director for the PMHNP Program.

He has more than 25 years of experience in mental health, as a psychotherapist with a Cognitive Behavioral approach and as a nurse practitioner. He has helped people from all walks of life, all sorts of life experiences, from the coasts of Washington State to hills of Tennessee and Virginia; urban and rural. He believes our pasts do not dictate our futures; and through a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, we are all capable of change and creating a better life.

Helen Lancy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, pursuing a Doctor of Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Missouri. With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

My philosophy and the way of treating patients is to let them know from the beginning that I am just another person in the world, just like they are. Nothing makes me invincible to any mental health disorder (anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.) When we start talking about treatment plans and medications are involved versus going all natural treatment (which I have resources to share with others for this as well). Either way, the patient ultimately chooses their treatment plans and goals with me.
