With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Integrated Health & Wellness Services (IHAWS) focuses on providing services to individuals and families struggling with mental illness including substance use. I am a psychiatrist who works with patients who are struggling with mental health problems. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations as well as evidenced and empirically-based medication management. I consider my approach to be psychopharmacologically conservative and minimalist. What this means is that I aim to minimize the use of medication, and recommend that my patients have a psychotherapist as well. I have a network of excellent therapists that include social workers, counselors, coaches and psychologists with whom I work closely.

She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Neuroscience from Miami University. Since 2013 she has worked in various settings, such as: community mental health, private practice, corrections, and skilled/assisted nursing facilities.

Jennifer is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University. Jennifer has specialized training and experience in treating clients across the lifespan with various mental health conditions. She has psychiatric experience, including working in local hospitals, in the emergency room, and in outpatient clinics. Jennifer has been a nurse for over fourteen years with a background in critical care.

Nicole Jackson is dually certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate degree at Drexel University and her graduate degree at Wilmington University. Nicole works with individuals throughout the lifespan whom are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach.

Adam is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and addiction issues. He has more than 25 years of experience in mental health, as a psychotherapist with a Cognitive Behavioral approach and as a nurse practitioner. He has helped people from all walks of life, all sorts of life experiences, from the coasts of Washington State to hills of Tennessee and Virginia; urban and rural. He believes our pasts do not dictate our futures; and through a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, we are all capable of change and creating a better life.

Ellin Wade is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has been practicing since 2007. She graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with graduate degree in psychiatric mental health nursing. Ellin believes in a holistic, collaborative approach that includes pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions. She focuses on medication management with children, adolescents, and young adults.

Heather Frye is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the assessment and treatment of adults with mental health and addiction conditions. Ms. Frye is returning to The Mind & Body Consortium after spending 6 years as the Clinical Director at a residential treatment program, working with substance use disorder and co-occurring patients. She has previously served at Drexel University, her alma mater, as the Track Director for the PMHNP Program.

I began my career as a therapist after earning a MA in Counseling Psychology but later decided to pursue a career in nursing, working in cardiology and neurology.
