Ms. Sims received her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is also a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has an MBA. Her clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health well-being. She treats a variety of psychiatric disorders to include, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Lisa Zavala is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner in New Mexico. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Lisa has over 16 years of experience combined as a nurse and nurse practitioner in mental health, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Lisa provides Telehealth services for medication management and mental health therapy. General mental health such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I prioritize building a therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
