She is passionate about removing barriers to accessing quality healthcare by creating awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental health. As a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive mental health services that integrate primary care with psychopharmacology. I am trained to diagnose, assess, order, and interpret diagnostic tests and create a treatment plan for clients across the life span. I treat clients of all ages by providing individual, family, and group therapy. Patients can be seen face to face office visits or via telepsychiatry which is available for those who are unable to take time off from work and family or other important activities to drive two or more hours to see a specialist; the wait time is reduced to 2 hours or less.

With 3 decades of experience as a registered nurse with six of those years spent caring for varied population with mental, behavioral and substance use disorders, I have a wealth of knowledge and skill set in making a great impact in the lives of individuals, with mental health challenges. The knowledge I gained from earning an advanced degree accord me with capabilities to use evidence-based assessment tools to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms and systematically in collaboration with you reduce and overtime eliminate them with medications and psychotherapy.
