Hello, I’m Melissa K Bethany, DNP, PMHNP-BC. At Azurite Services, we offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, addiction medication management with combined psychotherapy, medically managed weight loss programs, and hydromassage therapy. Our practice consists of two psychiatric nurse practitioners and two therapists. We offer regular scheduled appointments, same day appointments via telemedicine or in-person, crisis intervention counseling, walk-in appointments, and home visits for shut ins as well.

Lisa has over 16 years of experience combined as a nurse and nurse practitioner in mental health, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Lisa provides Telehealth services for medication management and mental health therapy. General mental health such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Trained in both medication management and psychotherapy to treat a wide variety of psychiatric disorders, with a focus on Addiction, depression and anxiety. Dr. Odo sees adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I am conservative with prescribing medications and uses a combination of psychotherapy and wholistic care with clients.

Dr. Verzi is a Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Dr. Verzi graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of New Mexico, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Leadership and Health Care Systems from Grand Canyon University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Verzi is also board certified by ANCC.

Ms. Jennifer Sims is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has over 25 years of experience in psychiatry and in a variety of settings including inpatient, academics, and outpatient. Ms. Sims received her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is also a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has an MBA. Her clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health well-being. She treats a variety of psychiatric disorders to include, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
