I am solution-based coach. My clients are finding their voices, establish safe boundaries, effectively communicating their wants and desires, while learning to read and handle situations or relationships impacted by shame, guilty, trauma, religious/ social conflicts, health restrictions, aging, confusion, misinformation, and mental health hurdles. Seeing beyond the mask is my “Super Power”. It helps people to feel seen, safe and supported.

I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults on issues related to perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, relationship dynamics, sports performance, and sports injuries. The clients I work with often struggle with underlying feelings of guilt, shame, resentment, anger, burnout, grief, not being enough/good enough, or vulnerability. There's often a general sense of unhappiness and a desire to live a more fulfilled life.
