We effectively treat clients using both talk therapy and neurofeedback, a biofeedback technique that addresses issues at the source. Using the reward system of the brain we are able to dramatically improve symptoms that originate from low performance areas in the brain.

Welcome! I know that taking your first steps into finding a therapist can seem like a daunting task. Every therapist is slightly different, so the most important thing that you can do is to find a therapist who is right for you. Personally, I believe that therapy works best when we are able to work together in a friendly, collaborative environment, where you can feel seen, heard, and known. I also believe that there is no “one size fits all” model, and therefore I tailor my therapy sessions to each client's individual needs.

I’ll be honest: I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you, and I don’t think individual therapy is the answer. I imagine you are doing your best to be okay in a very unwell culture – a culture of toxic individualism, a system designed to make us forget who we are, and what's important. II believe in a future where we will remember our connections to each other, ourselves, our planet, and heal in community. Til then, though, I’m here with you. Hi, I'm Tiffany McPherson. I'm a Jungian-oriented Psychotherapist, but people also call me a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or simply a Trusted Friend. I help people who are struggling to make sense of unexpected and unwanted change in their lives, such as divorce, marital infidelity, midlife or faith transitions. Often people want to move forward and leave their messy past behind them, but they don't know how to move beyond the depression, anxiety, and failure they feel for not measuring up. I can help you sort through those messy parts, find clarity, and a new fulfilling path.

As being a member of the LBGTQ plus community I understand the need for quality and competent affirming care. I'm licensed in ID and UT as a clinical counselor and as an advance certified alcohol and drug counselor in ID. My goal is to help clients work through life challenges and come out stronger on the other side. I focus on strengths and how to change patterns of behavior if you are ready and willing to get to work.
