2024 wasn’t easy, but it taught us one thing: playing it safe won’t cut it anymore. As Garreth van Vuuren 🏴 van Vuuren, our CEO and Founder, puts it, “2025 demands boldness. The future belongs to those brave enough to throw out the rulebook and build something real.” This year is about bold moves, human-centred strategies and creating work that truly resonates. The rules are new and the only way forward is forward. Let’s make 2025 the year of boldness. 🚀 #BoldMoves #Leadership #MarketingInnovation #RAPT

Change doesn’t have to be scary or boring! *note to self We decided to roll out Slack in an aim to move work chats off WhatsApp and streamline communications, at first I was not the most excited or keen for it, another tool, another process? Sounded like a pain. But here we are, I will say it with my chest that I was wrong, what an amazing tool, and the way our team integrated it and onboarded people just reminded me why we are here and what we are doing. I now love Slack 😂. The team smashed it—adoption was nearly 100% in Month 1, and by Month 2, Slack was the new black. The team took a natural RAPT approach at at, looking at the humans first. We ditched the stale workshops and boring “PowerPoint presos” and had some fun with it. This intro video was part of that, and honestly, it made a huge difference. Change doesn’t have to be painful. If you can make it engaging (even a bit entertaining), people actually want to get on board. The lesson? Even small changes can feel big, but they’re necessary if you want to keep moving forward. And management doesn’t have to be stiff—have some fun with it. Here’s the video that got us started. Feel free to use it for your teams if you’d like.
