Award winning Architectural designer 🥇 I design Buildings | Interior | Furniture | Real Estate | CGI ✅ Design is not Hard ❌ Want to build a successful creative brand ? I teach Design and branding !
We are launching something huge in 2025 !!!! ❤️🔥 You are going to love this🥺👇🏽 #life_as_an_architectural_designer Before I tell you what it is, let me tell you how it started ❗️… In 2022, I was working on a design project when a design student approached me and asked; “Hello, I’m a design student, I don’t have a laptop, I’m struggling to pay for my fees and foot my bills and I don’t know how to learn how to design or if I have a future being a creative, all my friends have the best tools, I feel like giving up, what do I do … 😖” In that moment, I stopped what I was doing and shared my entire journey with him … 🔸How I was rejected from architectural design school and I didn’t give up until I got in 🔸How I didn’t fit in because I had no technical skills 🔸How I did not have a laptop of mine for 4 years of design school and I had to work multiple jobs to keep my head 🔸How I found out the architecture school syllabus in Nigeria was not enough and I had to learn to design from books and available and free online materials 🔸How I had to depend on God’s help and reach out to those who were doing okay to ask questions Sharing my story with him, I saw hope in his eyes because he didn’t believe I had ever passed through things like that ❗️…. He is not the only one Now this is the situation; A lot of creatives in Nigeria and Africa share this same story with so many difficulties and nobody to support them, no one they can reach out to for help, most of them give up in the process and some dive into dangerous coping mechanisms such as smoking, hard drugs and other vices … ❌🔞🚭 There are so many passionate, driven, motivated, hardworking creatives and designers that have become depressed and unmotivated because there is no one to give a helping hand, no community to support and cheer them on ❗️ That is why in 2025, I and my partners are launching the DACHSPACE COMMUNITY !!!!! 👨🏽💻👩🏼💻❤️ We are focused on building the most supportive and inclusive design community for designers, design students, innovators and developers across Africa and the rest of the world !! We want to create opportunities, foster creativity, build a next generation of creative stars ! ✨ I cannot do it alone❗️ If you are a designer and you would love to be a part of this community; make sure to join our open group through this link for more information: https://lnkd.in/dZbJPFq7 🎗️You can also support us by reposting and sharing this across your platforms and pages. Let us support one another and make this a reality ❤️ We are looking for partners, sponsorships and we are open for collaborations as well ❗️ #DACHSPACE_DESIGN_COMMUNITY #2025 #architect #builder #architecturestudent #architecture #architecturedesign #architecturelovers #architecturaldesigner #3d #3dmodeling #3dvisualisation #3drendering #design #architecturaldesign #sketch #sketching #sketches #draw #drawing #designer #dezeen #interiordesign #rendering #archvizartist #interior

I’m thrilled to share that I have officially graduated with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the École Nationale d’Architecture de Tétouan, receiving the highest honors, congratulations from the jury, and a special distinction as the highest grade awarded. This achievement marks the end of six enriching years of hard work, dedication, and invaluable learning experiences. I am deeply grateful to my tutors, whose guidance and support were instrumental throughout this journey, and to the jury members for their valuable feedback and encouragement. Heartfelt thanks also go to my friends and family, who have been a constant source of motivation. For my thesis titled ''Architectural Grafting: A Method for the Preservation, Renovation, and Adaptive Reuse of Degraded Built Heritage'' – Case Study of Larache. I explored how modern interventions can harmonize with historical structures while preserving their unique character and identity, Focusing on Hisn Al Fath, a historic fortress in Larache dating back to 1545. The project was developed through two main interventions: the Urban Intervention, which analyzed the old Medina's layout and social dynamics and led to a proposal for a green urban park to enhance connectivity and create a vibrant public space linking the Medina with the city. While The Architectural Intervention centered on Hisn Al Fath, where I explored sustainable strategies to revitalize the fortress. By introducing modern architectural elements to preserve its historical identity while transforming it into a functional space for the community. Together, these interventions demonstrate how architectural grafting can bridge the past and present, transforming neglected heritage sites into dynamic spaces that enrich both the urban and the social fabric. I’m eager to see how this project might inspire new opportunities and initiatives in architecture. By combining historic preservation with modern sustainable design ,and I look forward to the potential impact it could have on future projects and the conversations it could spark about adaptive reuse, sustainability, and the role of architecture in community enrichment. #architecture #adaptivereuse #thesisproject #graduation #PFE

3D Visualizer | Realistic Renders for Architects, Real Estate, and Product Designers | Fast Turnaround, Stunning Results
I Redesigned the National Art Theater Lagos, a national monument representing the centre of Nigerian art and culture for a competition hosted by Rogue Studios in partnership with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (Lagos Chapter), Nigerian Institute Of Architects However there was a major constraint, we were not allowed to change the Initial design of the monument but only modify it This is one of those projects where I had to channel my Inner Creativity because every element I add should not just be for aesthetics but also solve a problem. Here is how I tackled the project in 3 steps ✔The first step was finding the problem, For that, I had to visit the Monument and experience it first-hand thinking of what I can do to enhance my experience, I also Did a lot of research online, interviewed a few people and the Problem list was complete. ✔ Secondly, Finding solutions to the Problems. here are the problems I found, and my solution to them 🔸 High cost of Power - I added Multiple solar panels to the First-level roof to serve as an efficient green power-saving alternative 🔸 The monument has been forgotten - I added Uplights to the second-level roof to Highlight the Monument and make it glow at night and pick the interest of people 🔸 Limited recreational Outdoor space - I added a concrete Sitting area on the Landscape to resemble the Crown of the monument and to be used as an Outdoor space for events, a relaxation area and a spot to take cool pictures for IG further promoting the monument. This sitting area can be spread across the Landscape 🔸 The entrance was feeling boring - I added African art design mouldings on the entrance walls 🔸 The aerial view of Lagos from the first floor is amazing, How can we capitalize on it - I Added moveable Temporary metal sitting areas on the second-level roof and green plants as railings ✔ Now I have the solutions, what was left was to Implement it in 3D using Blender, This was the hardest part because I did not have floorplans, site plans or elevation, so all you see now are rough estimations from multiple pictures online, and here are the final results, Tell me what you think in the comments😊 #architecture #architecturedesign #architecturalvisualization #blender #architect #building #realestate #nigeriaproperties #nigeria
