We have provided machine guidance support to our Clients since 2016. We have over 20 years experience internally with these systems, and are often engaged to set up and/or calibrate machinery. We also build earthwork models for Clients. HOWEVER - Did you know that we also offer wet hire final trim solutions for complex detailed earthwork tasks? A complete cradle to grave solution fully supported technically by Culhig Surveying. As one application example, think civil concrete packages for process and non process infrastructure, ground preparation can be time consuming and costly as a result. Rework is ongoing and common place. Engineering surveyors, machine operators and ground crew all working in close proximities to prepare earthworks for ground slabs etc. Surely there is a safer, faster & of course cheaper means of doing this to achieve the required tolerances every time, the first time? There is. "Digital Detailed Earthworks" (from Culhig Surveying). A repeatable 5mm final trim solution. Culhig Surveying has been involved in the construction of many process plants in the Pilbara and throughout the Goldfields region over the years. We have a solid understanding of civil concrete packages which has led us to offer this solution. If detailed earthworks is part of your scope, we should talk about how this solution can benefit your project. ✅ Safer ✅ Faster ✅ Cheaper Mondium Whittens Monadelphous Civmec NRW Civil & Mining Primero TCD Group Warrikal Flanco Pty Ltd Catalpa Group Melchor Nacap Pty Ltd SIMPEC Pty Ltd SRG Global Westforce Construction Aggreko REGROUP Pacific Energy Downer DOOLEE PARC Engineering Pty Ltd BMD Group Georgiou Guidera O'Connor Mineral Resources Limited Clough Webuild McConnell Dowell CPB Contractors

We recently completed an incredible aerial (high-resolution imagery and LiDAR) project in WA Goldfields Region covering 106 square kilometres of total area, demonstrating our operational efficiency and expertise in large-scale drone deployments. Over just 9 days (with a single craft), we conducted 17 LiDAR with a density of around 90pts per m² and 21 photogrammetry flights, capturing 17,778 high-resolution aerial images and processing a total of 5 Terabytes of field data. While LiDAR and high resolution photogrammetry processing at this scale typically takes months, we completed the analysis and delivered the survey results and various deliverables in just 12 days, providing our client with timely and actionable insights. This project highlights our commitment to delivering precise, reliable and efficient data to support heritage, mining development and operational planning. To ensure the utmost accuracy of our data, which undergoes QA analysis pre delivery, we went extra-mile to do a thorough internal accuracy validation analysis using points collected from a recent conventional feature survey we completed on one part of the site for other purposes. By comparing 130 points from the feature survey against our LiDAR data, we verified that 84.2% of the data was within 50mm accuracy, with the remaining 15.8% within 50 to 100mm. This rigorous validation process reaffirms the precision of our LiDAR data and underscores our commitment to delivering reliable and accurate geospatial solutions. We do our best to provide our clients the confidence in the data we provide, knowing we've taken every step to ensure its quality and accuracy. In house training? This is a an absolute must in the engineering surveying business and it’s something we take seriously at Culhig Surveying. All new starters (regardless of previous experience) go through the same 2 weeks of training across hardware & software. The whole (enjoyable) process is finished off with a verification of competency, or further training may be agreed prior to mobilisation. This process benefits everyone, the new employee, our business and of course our clients. This is how we continue to provide our excellent service to all our clients. Clyde Medina & Saeid Hajahmadi seen here parting wisdom to the next generation of Culhig Engineering Surveyors…. The Culhig way. Uni may teach you angles and distance and to set out, but we also teach you why. Think you can pass our VOC on first attempt? We don’t know, it’s a pretty elite club that make through on first attempt. If you reckon you have what it takes then apply to admin@culhig.net.au as we have a huge amount of work in the pipeline and are always looking for the next “elite” engineering surveyor! #engineeringsurveying #surveying #civil #mining #nextgen #lovewhatwedo #surveylife

When you are always investing in the latest surveying technology, it makes sense to invest in the fleet that has to safely transport it around the countryside. So we asked our friends at Bull Motor Bodies to look after us, and they delivered the goods. Our first of 5 builds completed and ready for the bush!!! #engineering #surveying #mining #civil
