We’re proud to continue our partnership with Optus and their incredible Donate Your Data® program, helping bridge the #DigitalDivide for communities in need. With help from Optus, eligible community members receive Donate Your Data® SIM cards, including free calls, texts, and data, giving them access to essential online activities like schoolwork, job applications, and staying connected with loved ones. Thank you to Optus for continuing to work with us and our member network in providing connection, stability and opportunity for digitally-excluded communities 💚 Take a look at the video we created last year to see the real impact of these SIMs in action at Bligh Park Community Services. #Partnerships #EveryoneDeservesEducation #OptusLife #CircleOfGood

About us
We make charitable giving simpler, more efficient and more effective by connecting businesses that have goods with the people who need them Australia-wide. Our unique online donation marketplace provides a seamless process that links ordering, shipping, warehousing operations and member support together and eliminates delays in meeting demand. Through this innovative technological approach, we are able to do good for businesses, charities, individuals and the environment. Businesses can donate excess product in a cost-effective and socially responsible way, while improving employee engagement and their bottom line. Charities can save money, expand programs and strengthen their impact. Individual donations also go further by directly subsidising their favourite charities’ shipping costs. Imagine being disconnected from loved ones, learning and earning. The digital divide is the lack of access to technology and online resources due to financial hardship. It affects people of all ages, limiting their ability to learn, connect, and thrive in a world that's increasingly reliant on technology. In Good360’s newest report, we explore the extent of the digital divide in Australia and how living without access to technology impacts Australia’s most vulnerable. Our newest research found: ➡️ Almost 2 in 5 (39%) parents of school-aged children are concerned about affording essential education items for their children returning to school in 2025. ➡️ 1 in 5 parents (22%) say their family has had to sacrifice other essentials to afford education-related items and expenses. ➡️ Digital tools such as laptops and reliable internet access are the most significant affordability concerns for nearly 1 in 3 families. Through our work with charity and donor networks, we’re bridging the digital divide, but there’s so much more to be done. Good360 Australia commends the Circular Economy Ministerial Advisory Group (CEMAG) Final Report released last month, a significant milestone to provide a blueprint for Australia’s transition towards a circular economy. The report was developed over a two-year consultation process across over 250 stakeholders and more than 12 Australian Government portfolios. The Advisory Group’s advice provides 14 recommendations for embedding circular principles across all sectors in the economy, focusing on: - Opportunities associated with Australia’s circular economy transition (nationally and within specific sectors) - Regulatory, commercial and other barriers to a more circular economy - Best-practice initiatives that show promise for adoption and/or expansion in Australia. Alison Covington AM, Good360 Australia’s Founder & MD says, “It is inspiring to see the leadership of the CEMAG advisory group and the strong collaboration across all sectors to arrive at these recommendations for a clearer path towards a circular economy in Australia. Good360 is committed to supporting the transition in collaboration with our network of partners and welcomes the opportunity to engage across sectors to reduce both need and waste in our communities.” Good360 also welcomes the recommendation for mandatory disclosure for resource efficiency and waste, including disposal of unsold goods (Chapter 4, Recommendation 4). By having greater transparency of these materials and resources, solutions can be better tailored to the specific needs of businesses to provide the most optimal environmental, social and economic benefits. The Circular Advantage report and Australia’s Circular Economy Framework can be found on the Department for Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water's website or at the below links. 🌟 The Circular Advantage Report: https://lnkd.in/gvBKHqkg 🌟 Australia's Circular Economy Framework: https://lnkd.in/gNazGHCC Professor John Thwaites (Chair) Dr Cathy Foley AO PSM Vaughan Levitzke PSM Lisa McLean John Gertsakis Claire Kneller Mark Rawson Romilly Madew AO FTSE HonFIEAust EngExec Larry Marshall Robynne Quiggin Michael Jackson Samantha Read GAICD FRACI BEng (Hons) John Spoehr Paul Klymenko Dr Dominique Hes Hayley Moffiet CPA Susan Wallis Kate Seares-Burnside Anna Kamasz Edyta Banasiak Natasha Bennett Clorrisa T. #CircularEconomy #CircleofGood #ResourceHierarchy #ReduceNeedandWaste #GoodDesignMatters #Collaboration

For families doing it tough, accessing technology often gets pushed aside in favour of essentials like food, rent, or bills. But in today’s world, digital access is no longer a luxury - it’s a lifeline for education, connection, and opportunity. Through Good360’s amazing network of donors and supporters, we’re working to bridge the digital divide, delivering devices and tech essentials to people and communities in need. We’re incredibly grateful to announce that Good360 Australia has been awarded a generous $25,000 grant from Freemasons Foundation Victoria (FFV)! This funding will help us connect refurbished digital devices to financially disadvantaged communities across Victoria, empowering people with the tools they need to access education, employment, and essential services. Garry James, Chairman of Freemasons Foundations Victoria, said, “It’s always a privilege to announce funding for local projects set to help improve the lives and opportunities of Victorians. So many Victorians are grappling with challenges like the rising cost of living and increasing mental health pressures. Charities are also being affected by these factors ... the need for funding to support community initiatives has never been greater." A huge thank you to FFV for their commitment to making a positive impact in Victorian communities 💚 #ThankYou #DigitalDivide #CircleOfGood #Grant

On behalf of our nonprofit partners on the ground, we’re sharing these helpful tips to ensure your donations have the greatest impact during disaster recovery. When the wrong products arrive at the wrong time, they can slow down critical relief efforts. We know how much you want to help, and by following these guidelines, you can make sure your contributions go directly where they’re needed most. Thank you for your compassion, patience, and support as we work together to bring hope and healing to those in need. #Disasterrelief #communitysupport

Access to technology and connectivity helps society's most vulnerable stay connected to opportunity. For students like this, a simple SIM card has unlocked life-changing access to learning, growth, and a brighter future. In Australia, many vulnerable communities still face barriers to digital access. Together, we can ensure every student has the tools they need to thrive in our digital world. 💻💚 #EveryoneDeservesEducation #DigitalDivide #BringingGoodTogether #Impact

A special shout-out to our friends at Good360 US, who are stepping up to provide critical support during the devastating Southern California wildfires. Our thoughts are with the affected communities during this incredibly challenging time. Here at Good360 Australia, we’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of back-to-back disasters and the importance of delivering the right goods at the right time. Alarmingly, up to 60% of donated goods in disasters end up in landfill, which is why targeted and thoughtful giving is so crucial. Thanks to the incredible efforts of Good360 US and other organisations on the ground, disaster-affected communities can receive the support they need, both for immediate relief and long-term recovery. You can help make a difference by supporting their recovery efforts here: https://lnkd.in/ehs3mgC3 #DisasterRecovery #CaliforniaWildfires #EmergencyRelief #MakingADifference
As the Southern California wildfires continue to spread, Good360 is keeping a close eye on the evolving situation. We are in touch with nonprofit organizations in the region and stand ready to provide support wherever it will have the greatest impact. Our Disaster Recovery team knows that timing is everything in response efforts. We’ll communicate with donors and partners as soon as we have more information about the products needed and the areas requiring the most assistance. To those affected, our hearts are with you. To everyone else, we urge caution: sending unrequested goods can delay recovery. The best way to help right now is to donate funds. Together, we can help these communities recover. #californiawildfires #disasterrecovery #resilience https://lnkd.in/ehs3mgC3
