  • Meta's New Moderation Policies: What Small Businesses Need to Know Inside Small Business has shared an article discussing Meta’s recent changes to its moderation policies, which have raised concerns about brand safety and credibility. With the removal of fact-checkers and fewer content restrictions, businesses may face challenges around trust—especially with the rise of AI-generated content. As Shannara Goddard, Marketing and Events Manager at #Groei, highlighted, "The reduction in fact-checking is concerning, especially with the rise of AI-generated content and imagery. It makes it harder for people to trust what they’re seeing, which could be a real issue for businesses trying to build credibility online." At Groei Education, we’re closely monitoring these changes to understand their impact on trust and conversions. We focus on building trust and reliability with our audience to ensure long-term success. 2025 and we are back at it with a blast tonight we hosted our first workshop of the year with Zachary Cole showcase AI and Prompt Engineering Workshop for our Talent Accelerate Program students. With a mix of continuing and new participants, this session highlighted the need for the cutting-edge skills these young people are developing and also their immense potential to shape the future of work by giving them the freedom to be creative to lean into exploring new technologies and how they can be applied in the world of work. AI and prompt engineering are becoming essential skills for the modern workforce. Our students are gaining practical, hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom, preparing them for work-integrated learning opportunities starting in just a few weeks. Make no mistake this isn’t your typical internship, this is a first of its kind - work integrated learning program for school leavers ( not attached to uni). Partnering businesses have already undergone job redesign and cultural competency training to create environments where young people can thrive and make a real impact in partnership with industry. Through micro-credentials and industry-endorsed skills badges, these students are equipped with future-focused capabilities that traditional education systems aren’t yet able to provide. Programs like this aren’t just skilling up individuals; they’re creating pathways for industries to grow and adapt alongside the next generation of talent. . #TalentAccelerate #FutureSkills #AI #MicroCredentials #YouthInnovation #WorkIntegratedLearning Erin Barnes Felicity Burns Joelle McCully Declan Borger Tim Kelly Nicole Amey Brooke Fossey
