👋Hello world! A warm welcome to baby Kenli. 📖Every year for book week, Lambton Public School donates 100 books to our Maternity ward at John Hunter Hospital. Reading plays a huge part in a child’s development. After the birth of her daughter, Karen has already committed to starting this journey with 1-day old Kenli. “We’re excited to embrace our Indigenous culture through books and dreamtime stories” Karen said. “For my baby shower I requested books instead of cards to educate and inspire Kenli’s imagination. Growing up some of my favourite books were Rainbow Fish and The BFG.” We extend our thanks to Lambton Public School for their continued support in nurturing the growth and imagination of the newest members of our community. 💜 #WelcomeToTheWorld #JohnHunterHospital #BookWeek #ChildDevelopment #Reading
