  • The huge $1.1 billion redevelopment of the Frankston Hospital in Melbourne. 👀   The major redevelopment of the Frankston Hospital will transform care in Melbourne's South East. Once operational it will provide capacity to treat an additional 35,000 patients a year.   Its now completed façade is made up of 4,485 glass, terracotta and porcelain panels. 3,911 of these are on the clinical services tower and 547 on the car park.   The redevelopment also includes a new paediatric zone for the emergency department; a new rooftop helipad; solar panels; new spaces for mental health and oncology services; expanded children's services and 15 new operating theatres.   Completion is due later this year.

  • Crema Group building the Woodgate Tower. A new 36-storey skyscraper in Southbank. 🌟 The Woodgate Tower is a residential skyscraper under construction on 203-205 Normanby Road in Melbourne. The development is from City Developments and designed by Hayball. It will form part of the Fishermans Bend precinct. The tower will yield 240 residences with amenities including: a gym, wellness area, co-working area, cinema room and sky lounge.

  • Multiplex building 435 Bourke Street. A $1bn solar-powered office skyscraper ☀️ From developer Cbus Property and designed by Bates Smart architects, 435 Bourke St is a cutting-edge commercial tower that will feature a “solar skin” facade. The 48-storey tower will have 62,000 square metres of office space, 1,300 square metres of retail space, car parking, a sky garden and numerous landscaped open-air terraces. On completion the “vertical village” will hold more than 5,500 city workers. Designed to achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation, 20% of its electricity requirements will be generated on-site by solar. The remainder will be powered by off-site renewable electricity.

The tower from developer City Developments has been designed by Hayball architects with Crema Group as the main contractor. On completion the development will feature 240 meticulously designed residences. Residents will enjoy a range of luxury amenities including a gym, extensive wellness area, podcast rooms & co-working spaces, sports lounge and TV/cinema room, a barbeque area, dining room, sky lounge and deck on the top level. Once complete, the scheme will be a part of the Fishermans Bend precinct – located just two kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD

  • Indi Footscray, a 700 apartment development being built in Melbourne tops out 👏 INVESTA and Oxford Properties Group have topped out construction of Indi Footscray, Indi Footscray is a 3 tower residential development in Melbourne’s inner west, located next to Footscray train station. The construction milestone sees the building achieve its maximum height of 70 metres across 20 storeys The Build-to-Rent development is being built by Roberts Co and will comprise 702 apartments, with a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, providing homes for over 1,200 residents.   • #FutureMelbourne. Get ready for Moray House. A 56-storey skyscraper coming to Southbank.🌟 Moray House at 42 Moray Street is a residential-led tower set to be built in Melbourne. The project from devekiper Salvo, will be built on a 1,200 square metre island site at 42 Moray Street, which Salvo acquired in 2017 for $16 million. Designed by architects Rothelowman and interior designer David Hicks, the 180-metre skyscraper will feature 305 apartments of one, two, and three-bedrooms. As well as two double-storey penthouse suites. 93% of the apartments have already been sold off-plan Moray House will also feature extensive amenities, including: a hotel-grade reception, ground floor café and bar, eight floors of commercial office space, luxury spa, yoga room, pool, gym, private dining rooms, residents lounges and outdoor terraces.
