Congratulations to our Alevro team for coming home with the Innovation Award at The Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) awards. 🏆 A Monadelphous and Fagioli partnership, Alevro are innovating and re-imagining construction and heavy lift. Woodside Energy Bechtel Corporation
We’re excited to share that we have won the Innovation Award at The Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) awards in Adelaide over the weekend! 🏆 The Innovation Award celebrates products or methods that offer new ways of solving day-to-day challenges in the industry and have future applications. Our team developed a bespoke, synchronous jacking system at the Pluto Train 2 project. The innovation allowed for greater control and precision, and significantly reduced on-site installation time. In addition to the CICA-judged award, we were also delighted to be voted the People's Choice in the same category. This recognition would not have been possible without the full support we have with our valued clients in delivering this task. “At Alevro, we are very proud of the work we do and are honoured to receive industry recognition for our innovative approach to lifting," said Rod Stribley the Alevro Joint Venture Manager. “A huge thanks to everyone who made this a success!” 🙌 You can keep up with all our projects on our website ➡️ https://hubs.la/Q02Vfstb0 Woodside Energy Bechtel Corporation

The history of Monadelphous is intricately woven with the story of Rob Velletri, our long-time Managing Director and now Chair of the Monadelphous Board. Today, we celebrate a significant milestone in Monadelphous' history as we honour Rob's 35th anniversary with our company. We have been so fortunate to have Rob at our helm for three and a half decades, and it's a testament to his leadership that so many of our employees measure their time with Monadelphous in decades rather than years. Please join us in celebrating this very special milestone for Rob!

In the gruelling heat of Townsville, our own Lead Engineer, Ciaran, not only faced the tough conditions of the Long Distance Triathlon but also clinched an outstanding 8th place at the 2024 World Triathlon Multisport Championships! Ciaran embraced the challenge and achieved his top-10 finish goal. 🏅✨ He started his journey to competing on the world stage when he started running while working FIFO. "While I was working FIFO in 2017 till about 2021 I ran a lot! So, when I finished working FIFO I had a bit more time on my hands. A triathlon was a natural progression from running,” he shared. "Hearing the announcer say I had finished 8th in the world was a highlight for sure!” Ciaran now has his sights on the upcoming Ironman 70.3 World Championship in New Zealand. 💪 All the best, Ciaran!
