📢 Regis Resources is pleased to announce the release of a solid Q1 FY25 Quarterly Report. Q1 Highlights: ✔ LTIFR of 0.4 ✔ Produced 94.5koz of gold at an AISC of $2,495/oz ✔ Sold 79.6koz at an average realised gold price of A$3,717/oz ✔ Generated operating cash of $150m ✔ Cash and bullion increased by $85M up to $380M ✔ Approval for the development of the Havana Underground mine ✔ Progressed Garden Well Main and Rosemont Stage 3 growth strategy ✔ FY25 group gold production and cost guidance remain unchanged Our Managing Director Jim Beyer commented: “This September quarter was turbulent, with strong business performance combined with very frustrating development at our McPhillamys Project.   Regis is much more than just McPhillamys, and I am very pleased to say that the rest of our business is running well and generating strong cashflows. Our assets performed in-line with plans and the development of our other growth projects remain on track, establishing a solid position for the remainder of FY25 and well beyond. Our quarterly results clearly demonstrate the significant cash generation capacity of the business with cumulative cashflows of $85M for the three months. This strong result gave the company, at the end of the September quarter, $380M of cash and bullion with a balance sheet that is now positive $80M. It is very pleasing to see Regis returning to this strong cashflow generating position. Regis has just opened the south portal for its Rosemont Stage 3 underground mine. Rosemont Stage 3 forms a part of Regis’ underground growth strategy, extending the mine life of the current Rosemont underground mine which will see us continue to mine underground ore from Rosemont into the future. When combined with the development of Garden Well Main, Regis expects to operate three underground mines within Duketon. Regis is targeting operating at least four underground mines at Duketon and works continue to progress towards this target. #gold #goldmining #mining #underground

Last month, Regis Resources Ltd held its second annual Family Day at the Duketon Gold Project 👨👧⭐   Spending time with loved ones is precious. So, our annual event encourages our team to take a break, show off their workplace, and have a fun day on site with their families.   Employees and their loved ones flew to the site to experience life at a mine. They got up close to the machinery, watched a mining demonstration, and toured the site. Exciting times at our Tropicana Gold Mine today with the first blast for the Havana underground portal. Tropicana will produce gold from three underground production areas once Havana underground is developed. It already has underground mines beneath the Boston Shaker and Tropicana open pits. Gold production from first stope ore is targeted to start in the third quarter of 2027 through to 2029. Congratulations everyone, particularly our joint venture partner Regis Resources Ltd and mining alliance partner Macmahon, which developed Tropicana’s first underground mine beneath the Boston Shaker pit in 2020.

📢 Today Regis Resources Ltd announced the Tropicana Joint Venture partners have approved the Havana Underground Project, an extension to the current operations at the Tropicana Gold Mine located in Western Australia. Regis, through its partnership with AngloGold Ashanti, holds 30% of Tropicana.   The Havana Underground Project will establish an underground mine beneath the currently producing Havana open pit and deliver incremental gold production above the planned existing production for Tropicana, primarily from 2027 through to 2029. Key highlights include:   👉 Incremental LOM production (30%) of 55koz 👉 At a conservative assumed gold price of $3,000/oz, the Project delivers incremental pre-tax NPV of $55m (30%), AISC of $953/oz and pre-tax IRR of 62% 👉 Provides further evidence that gold mineralisation across Tropicana continues at depth. 📢 Today Regis Resources Ltd announced its results for FY24, demonstrating the company remains one of Australia’s largest 100% unhedged, 100% Australian-centric gold producers on the ASX. In FY24, Regis delivered several records, including: ✔ We ended the year with record cash and bullion of $295M. Of this, we built $140M during 2H24. ✔ Our operating cash flow was also a record at $475M for the year. Of this, we generated $349M in 2H24. ✔ If we exclude the impact of the hedge and one-off items in FY24, we delivered an underlying Net Profit Before Tax of $106M. ✔ Of the reported $297M EBITDA for FY24, we generated $234M since the close out of the hedge book in mid-December 2023, demonstrating the value of our business since we became unhedged.
