Wow, what a day! There was so much to honour and celebrate at AdNews Australia awards yesterday. Congratulations to Mark Green for being inducted into the Adnews Hall of Fame for his undeniable contribution to our industry and its' creativity over the years. It was painfully sad but beautiful to pay tribute to Lisa Ronson and the extraordinary impact she made on so many. Big congratulations to our dear partners Uber who won Marketing Team of the Year — it has to be the best team and partnership in Australia's marketing history - or so we think so 🙂 And for us Special Australia it was a big day indeed where we were blessed to take out 7 awards including Adnews Agency of the Year Award, Creative Agency of the Year Award as well as the Game Changer Award and Ad Campaign of the Year Award for the Shift 20 Initiative with Dylan Alcott Foundation PHD Glue Society and many of Australis'a leading brands. A massive shout out to all the incredible humans of Special, all of our wonderful clients and all of the many partners who make magic happen every day. Here's to one mighty way to celebrate a decade in Australia. Thank you.
