Our team designed and coordinated the projects in a 3D environment, utilising Revit for detailed modelling and Enscape for live walkthroughs during coordination sessions. Sight line studies were a key focus, ensuring the existing curved platform structures provide uninterrupted views from every seat while meeting equipment manufacturers’ laser exclusion zone requirements. Exciting Milestone! Team2 is thrilled to announce the completion of architectural services for EVT, bringing to life an incredible cinematic destination at IMAX at Pacific Fair QLD. Team2 designed and coordinated all work in a 3D environment which included using Revit for modelling, and Enscape for walking through the model live during coordination sessions. Sight line studies were critical to ensure the existing curved platform structure could deliver uninterrupted views for every chair as well as avoided laser exclusion zones set out by equipment manufacturers’ requirements. Progress is in full swing at the Chatswood Golf Club, with key design elements coming together beautifully. A standout feature is the stunning sandstone wall along the central staircase, made from Gosford Quarries Sandstone . This wall cohesively unifies the interior space with the exterior, where the sandstone wraps around the building’s façade. It’s exciting to see the illuminated skylight installed, bringing natural light into the space. The pool area is looking amazing, with bespoke Balistone mosaic tiles being laid.
