JSBC Consulting was founded in 2014. It is a consulting engineering firm specialising in structural design and facade engineering, providing innovative structural solutions to a broad client base. Ever since its inception, JSBC Consulting has worked on large scale, complex, and landmark projects. Our Directors and staff have previously worked with tier one international consultancies, developers, and builders, and have a proven track record in leading design teams to deliver successful projects. JSBC Consulting aims to be an industry leading structural consultancy providing tier one quality and service to clients at competitive rates with timely delivery of projects. Big milestones are taking place in Gosford. Last week, we started dismantling the much loved Raimondi crane at Archibald. A major step in the construction process, our team is working around the clock to bring this amazing project to life, and we’re excited to see the progress. Archibald residents will have access to resort-style facilities, including a podium-level pool and a rooftop bar, plus a contemporary pub and pizzeria on the ground floor. We're excited to share that Melrose Park Village has made significant progress reaching a major milestone by topping out all six buildings in this stage of the project. Positioned in the northern precinct of the masterplan, buyers have been attracted to its convenient location and internal resident's park, with over 93% of the stage now sold. The team has been hard at work and we’re excited to reveal the stunning external design as brickwork and glazing are completed. In other exciting news, three prototype apartments have now been completed and will be available for viewing next month. This will give buyers a first-hand look at a finished and fully furnished apartment.

Under Construction - Parramatta Gateway South project Inspired by the meeting of the waters between Sydney Harbour and the Parramatta river at the Parramatta weir, the design references water in its many forms with glazed facades flowing, rippling and cascading creating a precinct of related, but distinctly different buildings. The project includes a 12-storey hotel, two residential towers of 42 and 22 storeys housing 479 apartments above a colonnaded two storey retail and commercial podium. A public plaza runs through the middle of the site with landscaping, public art, and outdoor dining areas. Day at the Bay 2024: We had the pleasure again of supporting the Saint Merkorious Charity's annual Fundraiser. JSBC Consulting participated in the 7km walk at the Bay including many other activities. St Merkorious Charity provides 4000 meals per week to households on the verge of homelessness, as well as community meals, educational support programs, emergency fundraisers and other forms of mental, physical, and emotional support to the disadvantaged groups.
