We are often asked by organisations what they can do better to drive DEI strategies across their teams. So, we thought it would be a great opportunity to sit down with our 2024 Women in Digital Employer of the Year, Evinact, and ask them! We were fortunate to connect with Michelle Teis, Managing Partner at Evinact, to uncover the strategies behind their success and what’s setting them apart as a diversity champion. Here’s a snapshot of what we learned: 💡 They have introduced Unconscious Bias Training to ensure inclusivity at every level. 💡 Their Leadership Development Workshops empower employees to grow and lead. 💡 Study Leave (10 days per year) is offered to encourage professional development. Evinact’s people-first approach has led to standout results… 100% employee satisfaction and an average tenure double the industry standard! Dive into their story and discover actionable steps to create a thriving, inclusive culture: https://lnkd.in/gMrCDemE ---- The WIDAwards is one of Australia’s leading industry awards to celebrate women within the digital industries and diversity champions. Created from the idea that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’, the WIDAwards is designed to champion women in digital and celebrate leaders across fields including software, marketing, innovation, data, UX and more. Last week, the Sekuro, CrowdStrike, Okta and Netskope Executive Lunch in Sydney brought together industry leaders for an impactful conversation on AI’s role in cybersecurity and leadership. Our keynote speaker, Nadene Serman, Global CTO of Infotrack, led an eye-opening discussion on how AI is reshaping decision-making and risk management across the industry. We explored how businesses are navigating the transition from AI experimentation to full-scale implementation, emphasising the importance of clear governance and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible AI use. Another key focus was on diversity in AI leadership, with the conversation highlighting the need for more inclusive representation as AI continues to shape the future of work. A huge thank you to all the executives who joined us. This dialogue is just the beginning of what promises to be a transformative journey in both cybersecurity and technology leadership. #WomenInDigital #Sekuro #CyberSecurity #DiversityInTech #ExecutiveLeadership #EncryptedConversations Holly Hunt Noel Allnutt Jaya D.
