Congratulations to Bradley Hastings! This week, our very own Business Insights Associate, Brad Hastings, was featured on SBS Insights' episode "Buildings Blocked." Bradley shared his expertise from one of our research projects on risks in the Australian construction sector. The episode explores the causes of construction business collapses and their profound impact on homeowners and subcontractors. Brad provided valuable insights into the regulatory gaps within the industry, highlighting the critical research that our Partnership between TIP Group (ASX: TIP) and UNSW Business School Academics is doing to support business and society. Last week, the UNSW Business School research office team participated in a mini golf outing for a team-building activity. Playing 18 holes provided a fun and relaxing opportunity for casual conversations and interactions outside of the typical work setting. These activities are essential for fostering healthy team dynamics and a positive work environment, because they allow us to connect in different ways. #teamwork #collaboration #fun #organisationalhealth

The Bunya Fund. Supporting new Aussie co-ops thrive. The Bunya Fund, established by Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM) is all about backing the next generation of Australian co-operatives early on, giving them the support they need to flourish. But measuring the impact of these investments – for both the co-ops themselves and the wider community – is crucial. That is why our Director, Emmanuel Josserand, crafted the Bunya Fund Impact Report 2022-23 earlier this year. This report uses the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework to benchmark the impact of the Fund's investments across each co-operative. It is a great example of the Business Insights Institute's expertise in ESG assessment. Keen to learn more about the Bunya Fund and its impact?
