Aicha Smith- Belghaba is one of the marvellous chefs that will be cooking at the Dinner at the Farm: A Night of Culinary Enchantment on Thursday, September 19, 2024 6pm-9pm. She is the visionary owner and chef behind Esha’s Eats with a specialty in contemporary Indigenous cuisine. Aicha weaves her Mohawk Wolf Clan and Algerian heritage to tell an enriched culinary story, further building positive food experiences in many communities.
