T3 Bayside, North America's tallest timber office building located in Toronto's East Bayfront District, showcases modern sustainable architecture and reduces carbon emissions through its heavy timber construction. In collaboration with international architects 3XN, our electrical and Mulvey & Banani Lighting design teams worked to seamlessly integrate T3 Bayside into Toronto’s cityscape and waterfront community. Our electrical distribution system was carefully designed to preserve the building’s stunning timber architecture while ensuring the capacity to meet both immediate and future energy needs. Thoughtful lighting enhances the development’s diverse spaces, event venues, flexible offices, and community facilities, while supporting its commitment to sustainability and urban connectivity. ‘Tis the season to reflect and give thanks! As we wrap up the year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing team and their families, as well as our wonderful clients, partners, and industry colleagues. This festive season is a time to share joy, give back, and uplift those in need—not just within our own circles but throughout our communities. This year we’re giving back with a corporate donation to North York Harvest Food Bank to support local individuals and families in need, followed by a volunteer initiative in the new year to participate in their Sort & Learn program. The North York Harvest Food Bank provides food assistance, education, focused advocacy and long-term food solutions to meet the food needs of those in the community.
