Her passion is to empower action towards more regenerative futures by living a philosophical life. Dr. Tavseef Mairaj Shah - 𝗖𝗢𝗢 & 𝗖𝗼-𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗦𝗢𝗜𝗟 𝗚𝗺𝗯𝗛 Tavseef is one of the three co-founders of CinSOIL. He is an environmental engineer by training and has ten years of experience in environmental and agroecological research. During his research, Tavseef realised that financing and decision support remain the biggest gaps that hinder an equitable transformation of agrifood systems. With the goal of transforming agrifood systems in mind, he co-founded CinSOIL with the aim of harnessing soil carbon sequestration to decarbonise agrifood value chains and incentivising the transition to regenerative agriculture for farmers.
