Yesterday, we attended the Cross Cluster Conference Nachhaltige Produktion (Sustainable Production) 2024, hosted by the Economic Development Agency Brandenburg (WFBB), which supports excellence in innovation in the German capital region, at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB). Besides networking opportunities, this event offered presentations and workshops under the overarching theme of #circulareconomy, with specific topics addressing innovative solutions in #waterrecycling and #nutrientcycle opportunities in #sewage and #wastewater #treatment. As #microorganisms and particularly the identification and assessment of #microbial #communities and their functions are highly relevant for these and many other industrial processes, we were excited to represent GreenGate Genomics and showcase our adaptable #microbial #genomics and #bioinformatic analysis portfolio at this event. Close cooperation between Brandenburg's business and scientific communities is essential to realize #innovative #solutions and ensure a successful transition to a #sustainable #future.
