Coming together for a tree planting activity 🌳 Together with our joint venture partner First Balfour, the Leighton Asia team at a data centre project in the Philippines joined a tree planting activity 🌱 at West Fairview High School. This activity is one of our proactive efforts as we pursue LEED certification for the data centre and reiterate our commitment to sustainable practices. As one of our core principles, we care for the environment and sustainability in communities we operate. Kudos to all volunteers involved in this meaningful activity ❤️. 👷🏻 👷🏻♀️ WOICE and YPC organised TKO-LTT project site walk   Our internal network Women in Construction & Engineering (WOICE) Group and Young Professional Club (YPC) organised a site walk at our award-winning Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel (TKO-LTT) project.   🏗 Attendees learned about the technical and logistical challenges the project team has overcome in the densely populated environment of the project, as well as construction methodologies adopted to cater to the site constraints, for example, a temporary traffic deck was used throughout the excavation works.   The TKO-LTT project showcases our outstanding achievements in safe project delivery and continuous innovation. It has also successfully alleviated traffic congestion 🚥 in the Kwun Tong district and an existing tunnel in Tseung Kwan O as well as at other major roads in the eastern Kowloon since its opening.   #LeightonAsia #womeninconstruction #WOICE #TKOLTT #Innovation #HongKong

💪 Strengthening our commitment to project delivery Recently, our CALAX project team in the Philippines gathered for a commitment session and fellowship. During the session, our team focused on key achievements, and identified areas of training and development to ensure efficiency remains at the forefront of project execution. A handprint commitment board was placed where they placed their handprints as a sign of pledge for further improvements. They cap off the event with a fellowship gathering to unwind and strengthen camaraderie 💛. Our consistent growth is not possible without our people. Leightoners support charity run for our furry friends 🐕🐈 Our Leightoners in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia gathered for a delightful Charity Pet Fun Run for our furry friends. Together with their families and pets, they ran, walked or jogged a 5km course around Semarak Hall Cyberjaya.
