📢 We recently launched a new micro-credential in Climate Leadership Development at Trinity College Dublin. The response has been truly amazing, and on September 4th we welcomed 70 new learners to the opening webinar. 👏 I am very lucky to work with such a great team in the School of Natural Sciences Trinity College, particularly Dr. Subhash Chandra and Rose Dunne. We are delighted to collaborate with two professional coaches Johannes Köhn and Eimear McNally. 🎓 We are fortunate to have the support of the Trinity Micro-credentials team, particularly Fiona Gamble and Katerina Gnidko, as well as colleagues in Academic Registry Trinity College Dublin, such as Aimee Grimes. The TCD digital learning and IT Services teams have also been invaluable in helping to prepare the digital media. Thanks also to Jane Stout and Jane Hackett for organising sponsorship of places for Trinity staff. 🥇 The micro-credential is a first for Ireland, and is offered at Trinity College Dublin as part of IKC3 - Ireland's Knowledge Centre for Carbon, Climate and Community Action. Thanks to the Munster Technological University team for helping to promote it, especially Helena McMahon, Jessica Dennison, Eve Savage and David Williamson. We are very grateful to the Higher Education Authority for providing a generous subsidy through the Human Capital Initiative. 😀 I'm looking forward to getting to know the participants on the micro-cred over the next 6 months! #HigherEducation #Leadership #ClimateAction #LifeLongLearning #Innovation
