Redefining Business Social.

About us

ReSocialize is a communication tool for businesses that you access through your browser. ReSocialize gives your team or event the best of remote and the best of in-person. Think of ReSocialize like a virtual room where a digital copy of yourself (created from a photo in less than a minute) talks to other digital guests much like you would if you were physically in the same space. Use ReSocialize to host better virtual events, virtual offices, or virtual trade shows where attendees can join from anywhere – a key bridge between the flexibility of remote work and the power of the physical room. Connect Beyond Distance. We Make Virtual Events Better.

The key to working well remotely is working as a team with strong social connections. Here's Dr. Gleb Tsipurskys words: – The research shows that employees with strong social connections can collaborate effectively, even from a distance, thanks to advancements in virtual tools like Zoom and Slack. – This shift suggests that remote and hybrid work models can thrive when organizations invest in building cohesive social networks through virtual interactions and cross-functional projects. – The study emphasizes that creating opportunities for meaningful virtual interactions is key to maintaining team cohesion and collaboration. – As we move towards more flexible work environments, companies should focus on enhancing social proximity to unlock the full potential of remote work. – The future of work isn’t about physical offices; it’s about the strength of the social connections that bind teams together. Our co-founder Carl Wilhelm Hagander shares observations about how distributed work is developing. Flexibility is key. Companies are closing office space, but not everything across the board. No one solution fits everything. Considering cost savings, but still want the office experience? Reach out. Working remotely but miss the bustle of colleagues on the office floor? Reach out.

This spring, Spotify is closed 2 out of 3 Stockholm offices. They are doing it to lower costs, because they have been "generous with flexible work solutions" (presumably many work remotely), and they sold a portfolio company that held one of the offices. This is an estimated 350-450 million SEK saving for Spotify. Some of us have been saying "remote work is a cost saver" and "once the leases run out, major companies will shift to smaller locations" for years. Spotify aren't alone. In November 2023, EY announced they aren't renewing their London HQ lease to promote a more decentralized work culture. In January 2024, Channel 4 announced are selling their London office (as a cost saving measure together with layoffs). Remote work is a competitive advantage. The shift towards more remote work is happening. However, remote work can lead to longer decisions and communication times. Sometimes, it's nice to feel the bustling energy of a busy office. Companies like Airbnb and Atlassian understand this. Even tho they are distributed first, they still hold multiple office locations. Some people prefer to work from an office, and they should be empowered to do so! It's not just them. Recent data shows that the number of all-remote and all-office companies in the US is shrinking. But, at the same time, the number of work remote work days grew to 35% of the total number of US days worked! That's flexibility and choice growing. This is the future. Considering cost savings, but still want the office experience? Check out ReSocialize. Working remotely but miss the bustle of colleagues on the office floor? Check out ReSocialize. The future is flexible. One size doesn't fit all.
