10 things you need to hear if you're scared to post content on LinkedIn 💪 1️⃣ Visibility is power. Posting makes you visible.  2️⃣ Focus on the impact. Think of the benefits of growing your visibility for your community and mission.  3️⃣ Action fuels confidence. You find your voice by using it.  4️⃣ There is no such thing as a perfect post. Done is better than perfect.  5️⃣ The people winning on LinkedIn aren’t smarter than you, or better than you, they’re just showing up consistently. Read that again.  6️⃣ LinkedIn has an edit button, you can edit the post after it goes live. No stress.  7️⃣ Most people scroll past really quickly, no one is paying that close attention.  8️⃣ Stop waiting until a post is 100% perfect. Messy action is better than no action.  9️⃣ Feel the fear and post it anyway.  🔟 Get out of your own way, just bloody go for it! My word for 2025 is ‘messy action’. It’s so liberating. It’s helping me drive real results in my business. As women, we need to unlearn this quest for perfection. 👉 Your challenge this week. Post one piece of content on LinkedIn. Post about something you’re really passionate about. Document something that is happening in your life. Share a story, your win of the week, a challenge you encountered, an event you attended.
