Mumbai-based The Good Glamm Group has acquired Sirona | Good Glamm Group Hygiene, a leading feminine hygiene brand, in an all-cash deal valued at Rs 450 crore (around $60 million). This acquisition is one of the largest exits for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) startup in India, underscoring the rapid growth and potential in the FemTech industry. Sirona, co-founded by Deep Bajaj and Mohit Bajaj, has been a trailblazer in women's health with its range of innovative products. The co-founders, who had stepped down from active roles earlier this year, have now fully transitioned out of their director positions. Beyond business, Sirona has made a social impact through the Sirona Foundation, educating over 100,000 girls on menstrual hygiene and donating 10,000+ menstrual cups to women in need.
