Continuing this partnership, on Day-2 of the Matix Leadership Meet (MLM) our team had the distinct pleasure of receiving coaching from Kiran Khalap, who conducted an interactive workshop focused on instilling the essence of brand #Matix, its associated values, and how these can be integrated into our daily activities to achieve our goal of "#PioneeringTransformation." The workshop emphasized the fundamental principle that "Values + Behavior = Culture." Matix Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited held its Annual Leadership Meet at Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund, on May 31 – June 1, 2024 Keeping the fantastic performance of the organisation in the recently concluded financial year, the theme was #DrivenByGrowth; #DefinedByExcellence.” In his opening remarks, welcoming the leadership team, our Chairman Nishant Kanodia reflected on the famous bestseller by Jim Collins, “Good to Great”! His emphasis was on the tenets that make an organisation introspect on its journey and how the leadership team should strive for constant improvement to be able to go from good to great across different operational, cultural and performance benchmarks. The senior management and functional leadership across the organisation then made detailed, function specific presentations starting Rajan Thapar, sohan lal, Karthik Menon, Madan Agrawal, Prashant Das, Sanjay Mehta, DIWAKAR MISRA, Brijesh Singh, and Shweta Srivastava. The 2-day program at Faridabad saw experiences from the past year being shared, across the functions, as well as the plans for the year ahead being articulated. The interactive brainstorming sessions helped bring into focus the immediate and medium-term goals of Matix. The meet also helped in drawing a canvas for our future course of action. In his closing address, our Managing Director, Manoj Mishra, appreciated the presentations made by the leadership team through the day and applauded the contribution of every Matixian in the achievements of the organization.
